Terrace Counseling Center is currently providing counseling through secure telehealth appointments while our new counseling space at Sandhills Community Church is being renovated.
Meet securely with your counselor from wherever you are.
In-person appointments are anticipated to begin at our new Denny Terrace location in November 2026.
We believe cost shouldn't keep you from getting the support you need. Terrace Counseling Center works to make counseling accessible through insurance, reduced fees, sliding-scale rates, and, when funding allows, services at no cost.
If cost is a concern, please talk with us. We'll help you explore available options based on your circumstances and current resources.

Terrace Counseling Center serves as a clinical training site for students in CIU's Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling and Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision programs.
Under professional supervision, counselors-in-training gain meaningful clinical experience while serving individuals and families in our community. Through counseling, education, research and community outreach, Terrace is helping prepare the next generation of counselors while expanding access to quality mental health care.
